When the grandkids come to visit, I greet them with hugs and kisses. That warm, comforting hug that only a grandparent can give! As human beings, we crave that feeling of being loved, nurtured and accepted. I also love to serve some of their favorite foods while they are here. Comfort foods, that feel like a hug on the inside. Instructions:

  1. In a large pot, cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain.
  2. While the pasta drains, add cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, drained tomatoes, Velvet, salt, pepper, and 1/4 cup of milk in a pot.
  3. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring often so the sauce doesn’t burn until the Velvet is melted and sauce is smooth. Add more milk, if needed to thin the sauce a bit.
  4. Add cooked pasta and chicken. Combine until evenly coated. Serve and Enjoy!
